Youth Dancers (Ages 10 – 18)

We are looking for youth dancers (ages 10-18) to join our summer dance concert, A Journey Through Dance. We are inviting dancers with performance experience and a strong background in dance to audition to join the team. Students with strong technical skills and a desire to be a part of a professional production should RSVP to reserve a spot.

After auditions, selected dancers will be required to pay a $25 registration fee to secure their place in the concert. This fee helps cover the costs of costumes, rehearsal space, and other production expenses.

In-Person Auditions

TBEY is holding limited in-person auditions for A Journey Through Dance for new dancers. Please complete the registration form to sign up for an audition. If you’ve missed the audition dates, please get in touch with us by calling 414-562-TBEY. There may still be space available.

How to Prepare for Auditions
  • Prepare a 1-2 minute dance routine (any dance genre). Please have music on a CD or MP3
  • Prepare a dance resume or be prepared to discuss your dance performance experiences
  • Be prepared for a Hip-Hop warm-up and a Jazz across the floor
  • Be prepared to learn 1 or 2 one minute dance routines (the audition panel will choose the dance genre)

 Guest Dancers (18+)

Beginning in 2021, we’ve welcomed dancers over the age of 18 to perform alongside our talented youth for A Journey Through Dance.

Rehearsals begin July 7th. Rehearsal days are expected to be Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Full schedule TBA.
